Re: Pet Policy

The following revisions have been made to the Pet Policy:

• Members are limited to owning or housing only two (2) four legged animals, (i.e..,2 dogs or 2 cats or 1 dog and 1 cat) No snakes, reptiles or exotic predatory animals are allowed.
  
  
• Dogs are limited to ahead height of 18 inches when flu grown (two years old).
  
  
• Members are prohibited from owning or housing any dogs of the following breeds or any mixed-breed canines who exceed the new height limit:
  
  
• Akita
• Alaskan Husky
• Alaskan Malamute
• Boxer
• Bull Terrier
• Bull Mastiff
• Chow
• Doberman
• German or Norwegian Elkhound
• German Shorthair Pointer
• German Shepherd
• Keeshond
  
• Mastiff
  
• Rottweiler
  
• Samoyed
  
• Staffordshire Terrier a.k.a. Pit Bull
  
• Weimaraner
  

The revised policy affects all new members and their pets. Those members who own pets at the present time are exempt from this policy change. However, in the future, when a current member looses a pet, the new pet guidelines will apply to them as well.
